The project is located in the City of Commerce at the Citadel Outlets which is owned by Craig Realty Group in Newport Beach. This is the third major project for JAS at the Citadel Outlets, having built phase three in 2009 which consisted of 157,000 s.f. of retail space with a two story parking structure and phase four in 2013 which consisted of 33,000 s.f. of retail space. Construction will begin in February 2017.
